Art Of giving
September 7-13, 2020
Join us for an exciting and meaningful adventure in beautiful Arusha (Tanzania).
Enjoy the healing powers of daily Yoga and meditation. Experience the real life of local people and learn their customs and traditions. Make your trip meaningful by practicing Karma Yoga – volunteering, performing acts of kindness, and helping those in need.
Karma Yoga is selfless service and one of the Yogic paths to liberation and happiness. During the retreat, each participant will spend around 10 hours helping children from underprivileged families, working with Tanzanian women and engaging in other Karma Yoga activities to support local communities: painting the walls of a local school, cooking, photography, visiting local families, animal rescue, etc.
HOW CAN THIS RETREAT BENEFIT YOUR PERSONAL & SPIRITUAL GROWTH?
1) You will learn how to cultivate generosity, gratitude, compassion and love while helping others, giving and performing selfless acts of kindness.
2) You will be immersed in daily practices of Yoga, meditation, deep self-reflections and self-study.
3) You will reconnect to your true values and find true purpose and meaning for your life.
4) You will be surrounded by like-minded people who will be there to support you, inspire you and share joy with you.
